  SALES EVENT RULES:

Horse's listed for the sales event must register with the event coordinator.
All sales horses must have a stall in the sales barn. Seller shall pay stall fee and registration fee for sales event. Buyer will be responsible for transporting each horse purchased at the sales event. Each horse will be removed from the show grounds no later than Monday July 4th 2005, at 12:00 pm (noon)
All Horses must show proof of negative coggins test. Out of State horses must have a health certificate.

Seller's will submit to the event coordinator the following information :
Name of Horse:
Copies of: Registration, currant coggins, health certificate (if from out of state) proof of ownership or authorization to act as agent for sale of horse.
Brief  description and discussion of horse submitted for sales event. A sales event flyer will be made available listing all horses entered in the sales event . Photos should be emailed no later than June 21st 2005 to dave@pasoregistry.com  .  Sales booklet will list horse for sale , pedigree and photo if available along with any stated price for the horse.

Governing Law:  Interpretation of these General rules and resolution of any dispute concerning any aspect of the Sales Event will be in accordance with laws of the state of Virginia.

VAPFOBA NOT RESPONSIBLE:  While the management will attempt to assure the accuracy of information presented, none of the VAPFOBA, Inc , Mid-Atlantic PFHA Inc, Kentucky PFHA,Inc or the Virginia Horse Center , its officers or directors are responsible for errors or admissions. All persons participating in or attending the Sales Event do so at their own risk and none of the VAPFOBA, Inc; Mid-Atlantic PFHA, Inc; Kentucky PFHA, Inc; or the Virginia Horse Center , its officers or directors are responsible for accidents, injuries, or errors of any sort that may occur in connection with the Sales Event , nor for any dispute that may arise in connection with the sales event or sale of any horse.

ADDITIONAL RULES:  The management reserves the right to impose such other rules and procedures  as it declares reasonably necessary to fairly conduct the Sales Event

Payment and Terms:   Seller shall pay sales event fee of $200.00 per horse listed for sale. Fee includes stall located in sales barn during the sales event. Horses may be stalled upon payment of Event fee . Horses may be stalled from June 30th,2005 12:00 pm up to July 4th,2005 12:00 pm.. This fee is non-refundable.
Sale price of horse is between seller and buyer, conditions of sale, payment and transfer of horse are strictly between buyer and seller.
