| SALES EVENT RULES: Horse's listed for the sales event must register with the event coordinator. All sales horses must have a stall in the sales barn. Seller shall pay stall fee and registration fee for sales event. Buyer will be responsible for transporting each horse purchased at the sales event. Each horse will be removed from the show grounds no later than Monday July 4th 2005, at 12:00 pm (noon) All Horses must show proof of negative coggins test. Out of State horses must have a health certificate. Seller's will submit to the event coordinator the following information : Name of Horse: Copies of: Registration, currant coggins, health certificate (if from out of state) proof of ownership or authorization to act as agent for sale of horse. Brief description and discussion of horse submitted for sales event. A sales event flyer will be made available listing all horses entered in the sales event . Photos should be emailed no later than June 21st 2005 to dave@pasoregistry.com . Sales booklet will list horse for sale , pedigree and photo if available along with any stated price for the horse. Interpretation of these General rules and resolution of any dispute
concerning any aspect of the Sales Event will be in accordance with laws of
the state of Virginia. ADDITIONAL RULES: The management reserves the
right to impose such other rules and procedures as it declares
reasonably necessary to fairly conduct the Sales Event |
